Some of our coffees and teas come from organic or certified partners, while others are sourced from small farms that use responsible practices without formal certification. If a product is certified, we clearly label it on the product page

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. (Because coffee is a fresh food product, opened items typically can’t be returned.)

Yes subscriptions are available for select coffees and teas, so you never run out. Choose your favorites, pick your delivery schedule, and we’ll handle the rest.
